Review by thelot

thelot The acoustics of the Boulder Theater make for a fantastic Multi-Track Recording. Every instrument is mixed perfectly.

The set starts off with an MC introducing the band and letting the audience know that the band has sold out their first four shows in Colorado and will continue to keep selling out shows. How did he know?? lol A standard DaaM>Bouncin’ pairing kicks off the evening. Llama rips. The set overall is pretty standard fair for Fall ‘90. Highlighted by a nice Jim and YEM.

The second half starts out with a nice Landlady/Mike’s Groove combo. Groove was the highlight per usual. It’s kind of funny that Trey is still singing Haul and Silas this far into the tour. I’m curious when he finds out it’s actually Paul & Silas. Stash is short and sweet. Decent versions of Reba and Possum. Fish must’ve forgotten to wear his Zero Man costume again like he did in Crested Butte because Trey introduces him as Henrietta tonight. Antelope is dedicated to Eric the Enemy. Trey introduces the song as “Run Like an Antelope Out of Control”
Pretty straightforward version to wrap up set 2. A Fluffhead/Fire double encore ends the show on a high note.
